Producer and Director Alok shrivatava mourns the sudden demise of legendry actor Om Puri

It so happened that I was doing PR job for Om Puri and Naseeruddin Shah starrer masala film “Guru Mahaguru” and Omji was playing double role in the film. While interviewing him I asked about his role in the film and he said , “I am playing double role and no film in the entire world has such double role”. Curiously I asked him to elaborate and he said, ” Normally in double roles two characters have same face, figure and features but here my double role not only have same face, figure and features but same chicken pox marks too”. And laughed aloud. Will surely miss this jovial actor. RIP. Year – 2002 Alok Shrivastava produced and directed this film with Om Puri The Great Actor.
